Leslies Pool Repairs Plano Texas - POOL REPAIRS

I called Leslies back in June to do a pool heater inspection, as the heater stopped working 1 week before. They showed gave me a bid, I called back end of June for the repair was quoted 875.00 When he arrived he installed the part he thought it was, that didn't do it, so his new bid was 1300.00 I had a flex gas line that was part of the repair request ie: replace with Hard Gas line, so he did that moved heater replaced some pipes, and took off the new transformer he had installed as that did not fix the Heater. I had a small air leak, as well, so he replaced another pipe, and did that work in lieu of the cost of the Transformer, when finished, the pool was leaking out the piston, drastic leak which I had never had, it was leaking out the bottom not the top so the Service guy commenced to try to fix that tugging on the Piston which was now stuck, it broke off he spent 1.5 hours beating on the top of the piston, slamming it down into the pipe,,, with his pliers I watched all this ,,, he disconnected pipes to the filter as he said he had to get to the seal as that was the part that was now stuck, this went on with me watching it like a train wreck, he continued to beat on that pipe until he was finally able to get the seal out through the bottom pipe, I had my old piston still so he installed that told me I needed to remove it later and take it to Leslies for a New Seal , as it was leaking out the top, I just ordered a new piston instead and called Leslies back as now I also had more air leaks,,, the problems were growing with every visit. The area Service Manager showed up installed the New Piston, which was same brand and type he left with it leaking out the top told me it would stop which I knew better I have handled this pool for 8 years. So 4 days later as it continued to leak I called Leslies Back, the Area Service Manager not available sent the orig Tech, which I specifically said do not send back. He showed up said Leslies will not warrant that part as I purchased it online... I told him he broke mine,,,, and we both got angry I told him to leave. I called back Cameron Area Service Manager which has been very good trying to gt this repaired, he came back out he brought a new Piston again,,,, from Leslies, checked mine, it was the exact same piston. I told him the pipe where the piston sits is obviously damaged, since I did not have this issue until the first Tech beat on the pipe to remove the piston he broke off... Now I have several air leaks, Cameron replaced all the Jandy VValve gaskets, replaced the gasket on the Pump, replaced the piston, air leaks stopped, piston not leaking, however leaks started again about day 7 -10 days later I attempted to backwash, once again I CAN NOT Lift the NEW Piston, it is stuck and the air leaks have come back . I have called Leslies AGAIN about this, as the only issue I had when they showed to repair the Heater was the HEATER and one small air leak. This has turned into the repair from Hades,,,, and I have my home on the market and can't get my pool back to the condition it was before Leslies began repairs. FYI I have used Leslies for over 8 years on this pool, for cleanings, parts, etc. I had the same service tech for 8 years, who moved to California, the Heater tech treated my equipment like a it wasn't his,,,,, and I would not use him every again for anything. As well as the second bid he gave me for heater repairs almost double the first quote... I paid 925.00 for the first set of repairs, still have no heater, have more air leaks and now unable to back wash the pool... .. I am waiting for Cameron to all me back on this once again, He has been out 3 times thus far .
